‘Writing a Business Plan - Ready to Startup!’ is a course for students and PhD-students who are planning to start their own business. The course is meant to guide the students through the first phase of starting up a new venture, in which a well-written business plan is essential for entrepreneurial success.
During the course different aspects of entrepreneurship are discussed, which leads to writing a complete and professional business plan. The various subjects will be discussed in talks by different lecturers and consultants of Roland Berger.
In addition a few prominent entrepreneurs and previous course participants will share some experience on running their own business. The participating groups will be intensively coached by Roland Berger consultants.
