For a technostarter to be admitted to the Formula, he/she must satisfy the following criteria: Be a natural or legal entity that manages a company or is preparing the start of a company, on the basis of a new technological invention or a new application of existing technology. The objective of such a company should be to sell and deliver products, processes or licenses (not onsultancy). This definition is based on the criteria established by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs Moreover, the business plan needs to feasible and expandable.
