HOPE provides unprecedented opportunities for developing entrepreneurship that transcends specific scientific domains. As the entrepreneurship centre of TU Delft, YES!Delft plays a defining role in this alliance.
The Holland Program on Entrepreneurship (HOPE) strives to inspire and motivate students to become world-class entrepreneurs. HOPE is a joint-venture between Delft University of Technology, Erasmus University and Leiden University.
By joining forces in HOPE and developing new combined joint-venture programs between various disciplines, students, researchers and entrepreneurs, these universities have created a climate for groundbreaking entrepreneurship.
As the centre for entrepreneurship of TU Delft, YES!Delft plays a special role in this alliance. For instance, the courses and activities organized and offered by the Inspiration and Education Centres are also open to students from Leiden and Rotterdam. In addition to this, the Education Centre develops courses that are specifically intended for the students of the participating universities. Furthermore, this alliance promotes the exchange of professors and guest lecturers. The Inspiration Centre also organizes activities that are intended to inspire students from all the participating universities to build their own companies.
YES!Delft believes that HOPE enables a cross-fertilization of knowledge and know-how that will greatly benefit entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial climate in the region.
