Over the course of almost 15 years at Spring Associates have had in a broad range of roles. e.g. interim CEO of a Foundation in a key phase when the Gates Foundation showed interest in funding them, but they lacked a clear plan and organisation which I helped to establish. Board roles at foundations and often as external advisor – being very close to the CEO – helping to growth organizations to the next level; developing strategies and as important – identify what is needed in the organisation to meet these plans. I have done this in the med tech, media industry area and have a good network in the social impact space – also with funds / funders.
