I am an enthusiastic and result-oriented person that likes to coach other professionals to share my more than 30 y experience in the food industry. I have an educational background in biotechnology and worked as technician, scientist, project manager, program manager and line manager in various parts of Gist-brocades, Genencor International and DSM in the Food & Nutrition cluster. I have seen the whole chain from lab-scale developments to management team dynamics covering a period over 30 years in biotech. I have a wide experience in developing new enzymes, yeast (extracts) and processes for those products. I have enjoyed many business-to-business customer interactions to assist the business in bringing (launching) new products to market. I have been leading and motivating international, multi-disciplinary teams towards completion of new product- and process development projects. I gained both operational and commercial experience via developing manufacturing processes and launching new products.
