YES!Delft offers guidance and support to graduates, scientists, engineers and professionals in their start-up journey. Our services turn promising technology ideas into solid start-ups and help them grow into successful companies. Entrepreneurs get access to mentors, experts, investors and corporate partners who share their know-how and experience. Basically we train entrepreneurs and connect them to the world!


You, your mission & the ideal outcome 

Your mission is to coordinate the programs that we offer startups, the different projects we offer corporates and to assist with a diverse range of events. This job is very much on the organizational as well as on the operational part. Because this job brings such diversity, you will work very closely with the entire team. In short: you are a true project coordinator! 

You breath Scrum & to-do lists like it is oxygen. You are the person who makes a to-do list when they go on vacation, go grocery shopping or when you’re redecorating your home. As we are running three separate startup services (with different timelines, planning, people, and needs) and are offering corporate projects as well, structure should be your middle name. Ideally, you have a few years’ experience within a similar position (office manager, event manager, PMO, etc) and you are able to show you are flexible, you can handle large quantities of email and are able to set priorities. Life at YES!Delft is a rollercoaster, therefore it is important that you have a flexible attitude in general. You are a real team player and don’t mind working flexible hours as some of our programs and events are during evenings.

  • You are able to make fast connections and introductions 
  • Work structured, organized and well-planned


Job requirements:

  • You have a completed HBO education (for example in the direction of office management, facility management or events) or have obtained this level through work experience
  • In addition, you have at least two to five years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English
