Introduction
Mythronics BV is involved in AI and Imaging applications for Agriculture and food industry in general. MYT aims to provide an advanced autonomous food inspection system with associated data monitoring services for the agriculture sector with the objective of covering the challenges on food waste, labor shortage, quality assessment, and decision-making. As such we have developed the innovation project AFIS, which will develop and commercialize a radically new Artificial Intelligence Quality Inspection and monitoring system for grading and sorting vegetables and fruits.
