Single Quantum sells detectors for single photons, particles of light. These detectors are based on superconducting nanotechnology and are developed and produced in the high-tech cleanroom at the TU Delft. Single photon detection has a broad range of applications from fundamental physics to (future) technology. One of the most appealing applications is the development of sending information with photons as (quantum) bits, featuring quantum cryptography and teleportation. Future applications include integrated circuits analysis and medical imaging. We aim to provide researchers worldwide the best single photon detectors available, to enable and develop cutting edge technology.
